Directions to the Montauk Dock
The Viking Dock is located in Montauk Harbor NY. We are located before Gosman's Restaurant on the right hand side.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE allow enough time to get to Montauk, and park your car. The summer traffic can be very heavy, it may take up to 90 minutes to get here from Southampton in heavy traffic.
From Long Island Take LIE, I-495East. Take exit 70 toward Manorville traveling South on Route 111 to 27 East. Take 27 East, Sunrise Highway to Montauk. After arriving in Montauk make a left at the Plaza Circle in town toward The Montauk Harbor Area. Keep going straight, we are located on the right side of the street, coming from town, after the stop sign. The physical address is 462 West Lake Drive, our office is a round white building.
Directions to the Tarpon Springs Location
The Viking Starship will dock at the end of Dodecanese Blvd in the historic sponge docks. From 19 follow the signs to Alt 19, off Alt 19 take a right hand turn onto Dodecanese Blvd at Pappas Restaurant if going South, or a left hand turn if going North. Continue down to the end of Dodcanese, you will see Pelican Seafood on the right, you will see the Viking Landing on the left. Our street address is 607 Island Drive.
From Tampa:
HWY 60 West to US 19N. From 19N follow the signs to Alt 19, off Alt 19 take a left hand turn onto Dodecanese Blvd at Pappas Restaurant. Continue down to the end of Dodcanese, you will see Pelican Seafood on the right, you will see the Viking Landing on the left. Our street address is 607 Island Drive.
From Sarasota:
I-75 to I-275 across Sunshine Skyway Bridge, exit Roosevelt Rd (last exit before Howard Franklin Bridge), it will say Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport. Roosevelt will bear to the right, follow over Bayside Bridge and continue on Mc Mullen Booth Rd N. Mc Mullen Booth Rd will turn into East Lake. Continue to Tarpon Ave. Make left onto Tarpon Ave., cross over US 19 and follow to Alt. 19 (N. Pinellas Ave.). Make right onto Alt. 19, make left on Dodecanese Blvd at Pappas Restaurant. Continue down to the end of Dodcanese, you will see Pelican Seafood on the right, you will see the Viking Landing on the left. Our street address is 607 Island Drive
From Orlando:
I-4 to I-75 North, stay on I-75 N until first exit, Highway 56 to Tarpon Springs, New Port Richey, exit right, turn left (Hwy 56 turns into Hwy 54). Continue on Hwy 54 to US 19 South (approx. 30 minutes) and make left onto US 19. Follow signs to Alt. 19 South, make right on Dodecanese Blvd. at Pappas Restaurant. Continue down to the end of Dodcanese, you will see Pelican Seafood on the right, you will see the Viking Landing on the left. Our street address is 607 Island Drive.
From Ocala:
Take I-75 S to Hwy 54 in Wesley Chapel, exit Right, and take HWY 54, take right and follow all the way to US 19 S, about 30 minutes, take a left on US 19 S to Tarpon Springs. From 19 follow the signs to Alt 19 South, off Alt 19 take a right hand turn onto Dodecanese Blvd at Pappas Restaurant. Continue down to the end of Dodcanese, you will see Pelican Seafood on the right, you will see the Viking Landing on the left. Our street address is 607 Island Drive.
New Bedford, MA – Directions we are on State Pier at the Onset Chief Dock.
Take I-95 North to exit 20 for I-195/US-6 E towards East Providence/Cape Cod. Merge onto I-195 East. Take exit 15 to get onto Route 18 South towards Downtown/New Bedford. Continue on John F Kennedy Memorial Highway. Turn left on Union Street. Continue to State Pier.Inside the State Pier fences we are on the right hand side. The Onset Chief Dock.
New London, CT Location
The Viking Fleet provides a passenger ferry from Montauk to New London in the Summer season. We do not have an office on the CT side however we drop off and pickup passengers at the Cross Sound Ferry Dock. There are several signs posted locally saying New York Ferry, Cross Sound Ferry Dock. You purchase your ticket on the boat. Passengers taking this ferry from the CT side must park in the public parking lot across the street from the railroad station. From I95 South take Exit 84 South for Downtown NL, take a left turn then at the second traffic light turn onto Governor Winthrope Blvd. Continue straight over the railway tracks and bear right to the ferry entrance. From I95 North take Exit 83 for Downtown NL. Take a left turn at the third traffic light onto Governor Winthrope Blv, continue straight over the railway tracks and bear right to the ferry entrance.
